Crescent City Veterinary Hospital's puppy playgroup can help your puppy get exercise and develop socialization skills with other dogs in a fun, friendly setting. Our playgroup is offered Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Each dog is placed in a group appropriate for his or her age, size and temperment. Crescent City veterinary technician Janet Griffin and her staff supervise all playgroup sessions, which are held in a secure outdoor play yard.

Our playgroup offers your pet a chance to romp and play. During playgroup sessions, dogs engage in intense exercise and learn how to socialize with other dogs. Playgroups also give your dog a chance to develop good manners, alleviate behavioral issues such as separation anxiety, hyperacitivity and destructive behavior and eliminate boredom. If your dog is home alone during the work week or needs a chance to meet other dogs and play in a relaxed setting, the Crescent City Veterinary Hospital playgroup is the answer!

All dogs in the playgroup must be in good health with up-to-date vaccinations. Dogs must also be tested for intestinal parasites. Aggressive dogs will not be admitted to the group. We also offer baths to all dogs in the playgroup. Please call the hospital for details and pricing information.
